Starbucks Latin America was looking to improve gross sales and in-country relations. Stonehill responded by facilitating a collaborative and productive design thinking session for the Starbucks Latin America management team.
Stonehill helped our renowned client, Restaurant Magic, create a multiple-year strategy to accelerate growth and enter larger restaurant markets. This trade show booth was one of the many initiatives we implemented to attract a larger clientele.
Florida Virtual Campus partnered with Stonehill to design and implement a series of popup innovation labs designed to increase the percentage of students in Florida that graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Insights were used to develop ideas that directly addressed perceived issues and quickly prototype effective solutions.
Stonehill spent just 3 months creating the State of Florida's Enterprise Architecture that will ultimately serve as the framework for the entire technology management cycle including: strategy, purchasing, testing, and project oversight. This was monumental in that other EA efforts across other states have taken years to accomplish.
Bowie State University, a historically black college, was concerned with the decrease in numbers of newly enrolling freshmen. Stonehill worked with the Provost and Deans to determine the potential causes and create strategies to increase enrollment.
We worked with a non-profit client to build their organization from the ground up. We provided advisory services to establish them as a 501c3, as well as website design, website maintenance, and continual marketing efforts.
