Community Leader Finds Niche for Growth Strategy Firm

Tampa, FL (June 1, 2016) - Doug Pace, former COO of nationally recognized digital agency Bayshore Solutions, has launched a new growth strategy and public relations agency - Stonehill. The new agency will combine research, strategy, advocacy, thought leadership, and customer experience methodologies to help its clients become agile and experience rapid growth. The firm will leverage Mr. Pace's 20 years of experience in management consulting, marketing strategy, and technology. Mr. Pace has been very active in the Tampa Bay business community. His most recent appointments include being a board member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, chair of the Town of Belleair Infrastructure Committee, and advisory board member for the University of Florida - College of Engineering.

Within a short period of time, Stonehill has secured multiple clients within its consulting practice. One of the team’s first engagements was the launch strategy of a new product for an industry-leading hospitality software platform. The engagement included the implementation of a new sales process, the selection of a marketing partner, and the creation of standard operating procedures for the deployment of the software across a nationwide network of customers.
