Andi Milan, Manager

Andi Milan has years of experience in management and employee development. She is especially passionate about operational development and process documentation. Andi has extensive experience leveraging process documentation to increase productivity and efficiencies.  At Stonehill, Andi manages multiple engagements and works directly with customers to identify needs, define project plans, and execute the creation of workflows, standard operating procedures, advertisement campaigns, and staff augmentation. Her base of clients spans multiple industries including business services and technology.

Prior to joining Stonehill, Andi managed operations for a SaaS company where she focused on standardization and efficiencies.  Andi graduated from Lees-McRae College with a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Health Sciences. Her favorite pastimes include Tampa Bay sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
